JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to a traffic accident Wednesday morning on the city’s Westside involving a police cruiser and a pedestrian using a walker.
News4JAX learned of the crash at Ellis Road and Kingsbury Street shortly after 10 a.m.

The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said the pedestrian was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police did not hold a news briefing on the incident.
