COLUMBIA COUNTY, Fla. - Three people were arrested by Columbia County deputies Monday in connection with possessing narcotics paraphernalia.

At about 9:50 p.m., a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a license plate violation at a gas station at Interstate 75 and State Road 47.

Deputies said they saw items in the vehicle that were consistent with the manufacture of methamphetamine. In addition to the paraphernalia, more than 100 pseudoephedrine tablets were found, deputies said. Pseudoehphrine is a primary ingredient used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Donnie Mills, 31, of Lake City, Lydia Estes, 30, of Cross City, and Daniel Walker, 30, of Steinhatchee, were all arrested without incident and booked into the Columbia County Detention Facility with bail set at $30,000.

Mills was released from prison in January after serving a sentence for possessing a trafficking amount of methamphetamine.
