ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - Three young people were arrested after one of them got out of their car at a drive-through to urinate, according to St. Augustine police.

Deputies said Jody Carlile, 21, Patrick O'Brien, 18, and Chase Doucette, 19, pulled into a Steak 'n Shake in St. Augustine early Sunday morning.

According to a police report, Carlile got into the drive-through lane and Doucette got out to urinate in the parking lot.

An employee of the restaurant who was bringing their order saw him doing that and told the trio she was calling the police on her cellphone, according to the report.

Deputies said Carlile got out of the Jeep, shoved the woman, and O'Brien grabbed her cellphone, and they took off, only to be stopped by St. Augustine police.

Carlile is charged with battery. O'Brien is charged with robbery by sudden snatching. Doucette is charged with disorderly conduct and exposing himself.
