ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. - There is expected to be some controversy at Monday night's City Commission workshop in Atlantic Beach.
Two issues are on the agenda that will be debated. The first involves the mayor's proposal to fire the city manager and city attorney.
There will be no decision Monday night, but a lot of discussion.
The meeting is expected to be standing-room only.
The city will also be looking at a human rights ordinance.
Channel 4 is gathering details on the specifics of the ordinance and whether it's similar to what Jacksonville struck down months ago. That ordinance involved the rights of the LGBT community in hiring and housing.
