JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Police in Jacksonville are trying to identify a man they said broke into a car, stole a woman's purse, then used her credit card a short time later.

At about 7:50 p.m., a man was seen on surveillance video at Walmart at 6767 103rd Street, where police said he used the woman's credit card.
