Condo catches fire in Atlantic Beach

ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. – A three-story condo/townhome building at 2325 Seminole Road in Atlantic Beach caught fire on Thursday.

Atlantic Beach police said several units of the condo were involved. It appears the fire started between the walls of two different units, and the State Fire Marshal is investigating. One of the units is being renovated.

No one lives in the buildings and no injuries have been reported.

Neighbors who were evacuated as a precaution were allowed to return to their homes Thursday night.
