Heroes in 'Rambo' takedown arrested

PALM COAST, Fla – Three men hailed as heroes for the takedown of a man who walked into a lounge at European Village with a loaded gun Saturday, dressed like the movie character Rambo, have now been arrested.

Joshua Auriemma, Roman Dubinschi and Vassili Mironov were taken to the Flagler County jail Wednesday on charges of disorderly conduct.

Mironov is also facing a battery charge.

They were arrested outside of Finns Beachside Pub in Flagler Beach after a fight between the men and another victim.

After the incident, Daniel Noble (pictured), 37, was arrested and charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Investigators said Noble was intoxicated when he entered the Europa Lounge yelling and carrying an Uzi caliber weapon and hunting knives.

Before Noble could cause any harm, the three men stepped in and tackled him to the ground, deputies said.

During the struggle, investigators said Noble managed to fire one or two shots and stabbed one of the men just inches from his eye. That's when the men knocked him unconscious, deputies said.
