Tuesday night, Nagy's co-workers and regulars came together at the Overtime Sports Bar to remember an outspoken bartender that everyone says was loved.
"Everybody that comes in here are like friends. I think we've all been like friends for 10 years," said Jennifer Carroll, one of Nagy's co-workers. "I think everybody is still in shock."
Friends said Nagy leaves behind a daughter around 12- to 13 years old. Now, they're worried for her and her future without a mother.
"The first reaction was everybody is worried about her, and how her little girl was -- hoping her daughter wasn't there," said Robert Miles, one of Nagy's friends.
Family and friends are trying to raise money to help Nagy's daughter. Anyone interested in helping can stop by the Overtime Sports Bar at Jammes Road and San Juan Avenue.
A funeral will be held 5 p.m. Saturday at the Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home on Normandy Boulevard on the Westside. A reception will follow at the Overtime Sports Bar.
