JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man was shot Thursday night in the San Jose neighborhood, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
Officers responded just after 10 p.m. to a shooting at the Kings Trail apartment complex on Toledo Road at Old Kings Road South.

When they arrived, police found a man who had been shot in the upper back.
He was taken to Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Detectives continue to investigate.
