JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Police in Jacksonville are looking for a man they said shot and killed another man during an argument Sunday at a Northside home.

Police said 20-year-old Montre Richardson, who lives in the home in the 11500 block of Quailhollow Drive, shot 32-year-old William Hicks during a disagreement that took place in front of numerous witnesses.

Hicks died in the shooting.

A warrant with no bond has been issued for the arrest of Richardson.

Richardson is described as a black man, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 160 pounds, with short dreadlocks. He also has tattoos on his forearms that say, "No Love, No Trust."

A booking photo from a previous arrest shows Richardson in a previous arrest with shorter hair.
