Man who stole $600 in meats from Sandollar Restaurant sought

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A man stole more than $600 in meats from the Sandollar Restaurant and Marine on the Northside, and now police are trying to identify him.

Officers began investigating the burglary about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the restaurant in the 9700 block of Heckscher Drive.

Surveillance video shows the man taking a large package of meat and placing it in what appears to be a Jeep Wrangler before driving off. Investigators said they have reason to believe the Jeep may have been stolen.
