Men sought in Clay County pawn shop theft

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – Detectives in Clay County are asking for the public's help in solving a pawn shop theft in which crooks got away with nearly $2,000 in electronics.

The thefts happened at the Cash America Pawn in the 300 block of Blanding Boulevard on Feb. 20.

Store employees didn't realize anything was missing until two days later.

Investigators say the man in a green jacket took two PlayStation Portable game systems, three iPhones, another smartphone, and a tablet from a locked display case.

They say he left with another man in a red shirt.

Investigators say the two drove off in a white SUV (pictured, right).

The stolen items are worth about $1,800.
