JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A federal grand jury has indicted Stephen Joseph Woods, 33, of Savannah, on three counts of advertising for child pornography over the Internet and two counts of attempted online enticement of a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity.

Woods, who went by the screen name casonova2842, was arrested last week in St. Augustine.

If convicted, Woods faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years and up to 30 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine for each advertising charge. He faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years and up to life in prison and a $250,000 fine on each of the attempted enticement charges.

This case was investigated by the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office, the Clay County Sheriff's Office, the Volusia County Sheriffs' Office, the Bay County Sheriff's Office, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
