The woman walked into the store with her mouth covered by a tissue. Employees were not suspicious because this is common during flu season.

The woman then approached an employee, displayed a gun and demanded cash before fleeing the store on feet with stolen cash, police said.

Police described the woman as between 25 and 30 years old, wearing a brown hoodie, blue jeans and blue ball cap.

A witness further said the woman had acne scars on her face and that stretch marks were visible on her stomach when she lifted her clothing to display the firearm.

Anyone who has any information about the woman's identity is asked to call the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500 or Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
