Home values can depend a lot on your street name

According to Zillow, the value of your home can depend on the name of street you live on.
The real estate website found that named streets sold for about two-percent more over numbered streets.
It also found 'lanes' are worth more than 'streets.'  It also found that unusual names are better than common ones.
For example, a home on Main Street is worth about four percent less than American's median home price.
