The Morning Show kicks off summer at beach

ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH, Fla. - For the official start of summer, The Morning Show takes Wednesday broadcast on the road to St. Augustine Beach.

In the 7 a.m. hour, meet local teen Piper Austin, whose leaving Saturday to complete in a national surfing competition in California, Rebecca Barry visits the best places for adults to visit in the oldest city, plus learn about picking sunscreens, cooking seafood and picking flood insurance.

In the 8 a.m. hour, lifeguards have advice for keeping children save at the beach, Richard Nunn's visit with and zip-lining above the gators at the Alligator Farm, Nikki Preede finds the most romantic spots in St. Augustine and Rebecca hosts a beachware fashion show.

During the two hours, follow artist Adam Brett as he creates and completes an original piece of contemporary abstract art.

And Melanie Lawson and Tarik Minor's new baby, Noah, makes his first live TV appearance during a visit to the beach.
