JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The crowdfunding festival One Spark is changing some of its time due to the threat of severe weather.
Creator voting will now end at 5:00 p.m. Saturday. Once selected, the zone winners will immediately face off in the SPARK OFF competition, held at Daily’s Place main stage, where attendees will vote live for the Creator of the Year.
