The sheriff's office is auctioning off a female donkey Oct. 26 in Green Cove Springs.

The gray donkey will be sold to the bidder willing to kick in the most cash, according to a notice from the sheriff.
The auction begins at 10 a.m. Oct. 26. at 3984 State Road 16 West.
The sheriff's notice said the donkey is being sold to satisfy a claim for fees, expenses for feeding and care and costs.
