JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 20-year-old Pennsylvania man is charged with forcing sex with a Jacksonville girl under 12 years old two years ago.
Mark Catlin sexually assaulted the child between June and July of 2015, according to his arrest affidavit filed in Duval County court.

The charge was filed at the end of August, and Catlin was brought to Duval County from Pittsburgh last on Wednesday.
It’s unclear how Catlin met the child he’s accused of assaulting.
