Wisconsin police on Wednesday released body camera footage that captured the moment a suspect allegedly bit a K-9 dog, WITI reported.
Leland O'Malley, 44, of Burlington, is facing misdemeanor charges in connection with the Monday incident, including two counts of disorderly conduct, one count of resisting arrest and one count of striking a police animal, WITI reported.
Racine County Sheriff's Office officials said a homeowner called the police because O'Malley was banging on windows, yelling to be let in and refusing to leave, WITI reported.
Deputy David Fisher and his K-9 partner, Murphy, responded to the scene.
As seen in the video, O'Malley kept on advancing despite Fisher's orders to stay back. Fisher set Murphy on O'Malley, the dog grabbed the man's arm and O'Malley allegedly tried to bite the K-9, WITI reported.
Neither Fisher nor Murphy were injured, according to Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling, WITI reported.
