A Florida man who has been arrested 344 times on a spectrum of charges, found himself back before a judge Tuesday.

Richard Powell, 57, was arrested for violating an order that says he's banned from south Miami Beach, and yelling in the middle of the street. WPLG reports Powell was also carrying a beer and had marijuana stuffed in his shoes.

The homeless man was sentenced to 90 days in jail after he took a plea deal and avoided trial. Powell has been convicted five times in the last 12 months.
