Authorities in Oregon say a man tried to destroy the golden arches sign outside of a McDonald's after employees refused to make him 30 double cheeseburgers.

Jedediah Ezekiel Fulton was arrested in Sutherlin March 16 after he became upset about the order and destroyed a banner and tried to destroy the arches. Police say Fulton also grabbed a person's shirt, prompting another witness to pull a gun because he feared for that person's life.

The Washington Post reports Fulton was arrested on suspicion of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and harassment.
