JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville police announced an arrest Friday in a killing outside an Arlington McDonald's last month.
Juanita Jordan, 20, is charged with murder in the death of 26-year-old Marvette Littles.

Police said Jordan shot Littles as Littles was in her car at a traffic light on June 11.
Police said the two did not know each other and that it was not a robbery.
After the crime, police released a surveillance photo from a nearby gas station. They said it was a woman dressed like a man.
Police said three people called in tips to Crime Stoppers after seeing the photo on TV.
"(Jordan) first tried to make this as some kind of self-defense issue, saying that she had seen the car in the parking lot, she felt like they were going to do something to her, so she wanted to create a preemptive strike and do something to them," said Chief Tom Hackney, of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Police said Jordan eventually confessed to taking out a .40 caliber handgun from her waist and shooting one time into Little's car.
Littles was a mother of three.
Her family said that the fact that Jordan didn't even know Little and had no clear motive, according to police, makes the loss even harder.
"I do feel relieved. I do feel a sense of being satisfied," Little's brother, Steven Heggs, said. "The closure part, it's not ever going to feel."
Even with Jordan's arrest, Little's family said it's nothing compared to the loss they feel.
"She can write her family, she can have people to come visit her," Heggs said. "We can't call our sister. We can't talk to our sister unless we drop down to our knees in prayer."
The family said right now their focus is on Little's three daughters and making sure they are taken care of.
