JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The woman accused of performing a sex act inside the Duval County Courthouse and then posting a video of the act online bonded out of jail Monday afternoon after being arrested last week on an unnatural and lascivious act charge.
Brittney Jones, 26, posted $12,500 bond and was released at 4:16 p.m. from the Duval County Jail, according to jail records.

When Jones left the jail, she took to social media, posting an expletive-filled rant about the court, the judge and police on Facebook and Twitter.
News4Jax went to her home Monday night and offered her a chance to tell her side of the story.
A woman, who did not identify herself, opened the front door, saying Jones was not at home. She then admitted Jones was inside the house.
"We're trying to live here peacefully with our kids," the woman said.
Jones then walked up and slammed the door.
Jeremiah Robinson, 35, is the man police said is seen in the video with Jones. He turned himself in at the jail last week on a warrant on the same sex charge. He appeared in court on Feb. 7 and entered a not guilty plea. He has since bonded out of jail.
News4Jax is not showing the graphic video, which was recorded Jan. 31 on the fourth floor of the courthouse. The video, which Jones' posted on her Twitter account, showed the sex act on a bench in the hallway outside Courtroom 401.
Gil Smith, News4Jax crime and safety analyst, weighed in on why he thinks Jones is using social media as her platform.
"By keeping herself on social media, it really keeps her profile up and focuses a lot of attention on her," Smith said.
After she was booked into the jail at 11:35 p.m. Wednesday, a new charge was entered for Jones Thursday morning for bringing contraband into a detention facility.
During her first appearance hearing, Jones was given a $10,000 bond on the unnatural and lascivious charge. Her bond for possession of marijuana was $2,500. She posted bond Monday.
Jones is expected back in court at the end of February. If convicted, she could face up to 60 days in jail and a $500 fine.
