Girls make bracelets to thank officers

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Officers at the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Cedar Hills Substation were surprised with an act of kindness and gratitude Monday that came from two young Jacksonville residents.

Shelby Anderson, 9, and Lillie Anderson, 14, delivered handmade bracelets they had woven to the Zone 4 police officers to thank them for all they do for the community.
Officers posed for photos with the girls and thanked them for the gift.
"Thank you Lillie and Shelby for making us smile today. We will be wearing them with pride," a JSO spokesperson wrote in a Facebook post.
