103-year-old takes the crown at Ms. Senior Clay County pageant

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – A Clay County woman, who is 103 years young, stole the show Thursday night during the 2022 Ms. Senior Clay County pageant!

The evening was filled with glitz and glamour for some of Clay County’s finest female senior citizens.

Representatives from Clay County skilled nursing and assisted living facilities came together to compete. The women competing had to first win a pageant in their own nursing or assisted living facility.

Maxine (Max) Hollowood, who had won “Miss Allegro Elite” at Allegro Fleming Island, had all eyes on her Thursday night. Max won the hearts of the judges and was crowned the winner of Ms. Senior Clay County!

Clay County Sheriff Michelle Cook, alongside other officials and eventgoers, attended the event and congratulated max.

“She had the time of her life and danced the night way with family and friends,” Allegro Fleming Island said on Facebook.
