RECIPE: Breakfast Popsicles for Kids


Breakfast Popsicles

1 Peach (or other type of stone fruit)

2 cups yogurt

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp apricot preserves (or other favorite)

1/3 cup granola



Cut stone fruit into slices. Combine with 2 tbsp honey in a microwave safe bowl & heat for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Mix 2 cups yogurt with 2 tbsp preserves.

Layer molds with yogurt mix, fruit mix, & granola until full.  Freeze overnight.

Let stand for 10 minutes before trying to remove.
