Georgia’s interim head coach Bryan McClendon said he was pleased with how the team has focused on fundamentals during their workouts here. Following a few days off, they aim to focus on making UGA the best it can be in Jacksonville when it battles Penn State.

“Today was about working on the game plan and getting it down, and everybody was excited about finishing up here in Athens,” said McClendon. “We had seven good practices and we’ll be finalizing our plan when we get to Jacksonville.”

A win would give the Bulldogs 10 on the season and would be the 22nd time in school history that they’ve reached that mark. A win would also give the senior class their 40th win (39-13 record).
