JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Goals have been hard to come by for Armada FC of late. They’ve gone scoreless in their last four games (all losses) and it’s been over a month (Apr. 23) since they last found the back of the net.

Their next opportunity to get back on track comes on Saturday night against the Indy Eleven. This will be a home match for the Armada. The Game will start at 7p.m. at Community First Park at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville.

With seven games in to the 2016 NASL Spring Season, Indy Eleven is currently sitting at fourth on the table (3W-4D-0L, 13 pts.) and is the only team in the league that has not yet been defeated. Most recently, Indy Eleven played against Minnesota United FC last weekend which resulted in a 4-2 win. The Armada are currently in 10th place with four points.

Saturday will be the fourth meeting between the Armada and Indy Eleven. The first three matches in the series saw one Armada win 1-0 at home in the first meeting on May 9, 2015, while Indy returned the favor in the Fall Season in Indianapolis on Sept. 5, 2015, taking the contest, 3-0. The final clash of 2015 saw the sides draw 1-1 on Oct. 3, 2015, in Jacksonville.

Saturday’s match will also be Military appreciation night.
