Sharks season ends in conference championship


ALLENTOWN, Penn. – The Sharks battled the Soul to the end but it wasn't enough as Philadelphia held on for the 55-50 win.

The Sharks were in the American  Conference Championship game for the second consecutive year.

Tommy Grady hit Joe Hills with a touchdown pass with 55 seconds to play to give the Sharks a 50-49 lead.

But the Soul drove down the field in the last minute when Darius Reynolds made a circus catch in the end zone with nine seconds left to give the Soul the win.

The Sharks end the season 8-11.
