TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – In the world of college football, ESPN gets what ESPN wants, and they want Virginia Tech at FSU for Labor Day in 2018.
It will be the seventh time the Seminoles have played on Labor Day since 2005.

The two teams have not played in five years with FSU winning 28-22 in Blacksburg in 2012. FSU is 45-11 in the ACC under Jimbo Fisher but just 1-1 against the Hokies.
The Seminoles open this season against Alabama in Atlanta the Saturday before Labor Day.
