FSU beats Clemson in ACC Tournament

Noles take on North Carolina tonight at 9

GREENSBORO, N.C. – FSU used a 26-11 run in the middle of second half to get past Clemson, 73-69, in the first round of the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament.

Okaro White ignited the run with back to back three point plays.  White finished with 24 points to lead the Seminoles. Terrance Shannon, returning from a serious neck injury, chipped in 12 points and five rebounds.

FSU will play North Carolina in the second round of the tournament tonight at 9 p.m.  FSU is 18-14 on the season and more than likely needs to win the tournament to make the NCAA Tournament.
