JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Jaguars added two more players to their practice squad Monday, adding fourth-year cornerback Stanley Jean-Baptiste and undrafted rookie outside linebacker Carroll Phillips. Both players were waived by the Jaguars on Saturday after spending the preseason with the team.

The Jaguars still have one more opening left on the 10-man practice squad, which may be used for quarterback Brandon Allen if he clears waivers Monday.

Jean-Baptiste was a second-round pick of the New Orleans Saints in 2014 out of Nebraska. He was waived by Kansas City on June 15 after spending time with Seattle and Detroit.

Phillips played his college football at Illinois where he recorded 12 sacks and three fumble recoveries in 31 career games. His best season came in 2016 when he recorded 20 tackles for loss, tied for fifth most in school history.
