Kristen grew up in Jacksonville and spent many of those years dreaming of being a reporter at Channel 4.
She graduated from Providence High School and the University of North Florida. During two years of college, she worked behind the scenes at News4Jax.
Then it was off to get some reporting experience in Sioux City, Iowa, and Augusta, Georgia. Kristen made her way back to Jacksonville and has spent the last 14 years reporting at home, for the last 8½ years at News4Jax.
Kristen lives with her husband, son and daughter in St. Johns County.
