State Road 9B is still scheduled to open later this summer.

One lane may be closed on I-295 in both directions beginning at 8 p.m. prior to the complete southbound road closure.

Motorists traveling southbound on I-295 will exit at Baymeadows Road and travel west to Southside Boulevard, south to Philips Highway, then east/southeast on Philips Highway to return to southbound I-295.

Northbound I-295 will remain open to motorists.

Phase 1 of State Road 9B consists of a four-lane, divided highway connection the I-295 east beltway and U.S. 1 at the Gran Bay Parkway, south of Bayard and north of State Road 210.
