JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – One lane of westbound traffic on A1A near the Mayport Naval Base is closed because of a tractor trailer spill.
Investigators said the truck tried to make a turn, while making a delivery, but got stuck in sand and jack-knifed. Several gallons of fuel were spilled on the road.

Navy hazmat and police are working to clean up the fuel and get the truck out.
No injuries were reported.
