JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A woman died Saturday morning in a single-car crash in the city’s Hogan’s Creek neighborhood, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Jacquelyn Yvette Davis, 53, was driving a Cadillac SUV southbound on Interstate 95 at about 5:20 a.m., when she oversteered and drove off the road attempting to take the Eighth Street exit, troopers said.

The SUV hit a tree, causing the vehicle to flip over onto its roof, troopers said.
David was taken to UF Health Jacksonville, where she was pronounced dead.
