JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A stalled CSX train with mechanical issues caused major delays for drivers Thursday in Murray Hill. This is on McDuff Ave. South and Post St.
CSX crews are working on the repairs but do not have a time on when it will be cleared. In the meantime, drivers are encourage to allow extra time and plan an alternate route.
