JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office investigated a crash with injuries that blocked all westbound lanes of the Mathews Bridge.
Drivers on Arlington Expressway westbound were diverted southbound on University Boulevard until 6:45 a.m. when lanes reopened. Expect delays heading downtown as traffic could take time to recover.
