ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – Valley Ridge eastbound to Nocatee Parkway was closed Thursday afternoon due to an overturned cement truck. The Florida Highway Patrol worked the crash and Jacksonville Fire-Rescue assisted St. Johns County with a person trapped in the vehicle.
