Train partially skips track, blocks Dennis Street in Mixon Town

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Four railroad cars skipped the tracks on Thursday, blocking traffic along Dennis Street, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.

JFRD said there is was no hazardous material on board the train and there were no injuries.

At 4:30 p.m., the JSO said the street was expected to be closed for approximately five hours.
