Andrew Ferris is captain of the tennis team at Creekside High School. He finished the season as the district tournament champion of Class 4A in both singles and doubles, leading the Creekside boys to their first district team championship since 2009. Outside the classroom, Andrew was a founding member of both the Sports Management and American Sign Language Clubs at Creekside. He also teaches private tennis lessons to a student with special needs once a week, as well as running group tennis clinics for kids 10 and under that are just learning the sport. Andrew has a 3.8 GPA and has chosen to attend Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina, this fall and play on the men's tennis team.
