Jacksonville pharmacist, former pharmacy owner plead guilty in pill mill investigation, feds say

A Jacksonville pharmacist and a former pharmacy owner both pleaded guilty to charges related to a federal pill mill investigation, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Georgia.
