Mass shooting in Black upstate New York neighborhood clearly racially motivated, attorney says

New details concerning the investigation into an 18-year-old accused of killing ten people in a mass shooting in Buffalo. Investigators believe the shooting to have been racially motivated and the shooter had researched the demographics of the area prior to the shooting with the express purpose of killing as many black people as possible.
