Exercising Could Lower Risk of Specific Types of Cancer

We all know exercising is good for our overall health -- but according to researchers -- it could also lower your risk of developing specific types of cancer. According to a new study in the Journal of Clinical Oncology; following recommended amounts of physical activity is linked with lower risks of AT LEAST seven types of cancer -- including colon, breast, kidney, myeloma, liver, non-Hodgkin lymphoma and endometrial.
