Half of Florida Panhandle still without power after Michael

BAY COUNTY, Fla. – The summer-like heat returned to the Panhandle on Monday, but power hasn’t returned for roughly half of the area.

Water purity is a concern in Bay County and other places hit by the hurricane.

Kent Justice is reporting from the area, and said he found good spirits and gratitude from a couple that was scared for their lives.
