A toasty Tuesday under partly cloudy skies with late day and overnight showers possible.  After a warm afternoon with near record highs, showers will develop along an approaching cold front mainly after 2 pm.  Showers possible early Wednesday.

Tuesday:  Partly cloudy and warm with afternoon showers possible.  Partly cloudy with afternoon highs in the upper 80s, a few low 90s inland, low 80s along the beaches.  Showers will develop mainly after 2 pm along the weakening cold front, first across SE GA and then shifting south.  Wind S/SE 5-15 mph.

Wednesday:  Cloudy with showers possible early, clearing after 1 pm.  A windy Wednesday with near seasonal temperatures following the cold front.  Showers will be possible from sunrise through around 1 pm, 20 percent.  Morning lows in the upper 50s to 60s.  Afternoon highs in the 70s to low 80s for SE GA and NE FL.  Wind NE 15-20 mph, gusts to 30 mph.

Looking ahead:  A windy Wednesday with showers possible through early afternoon.  A windy, onshore flow develops through the rest of the week prompting a High Risk of Rip Currents.
