Quiet night and a few showers possible for Election Day

Monday night forecast

It was a chilly Monday, and it will remain cool overnight. Expect the mostly clear skies and dry conditions to continue, with morning temps in the low 40s.

Clouds will increase for Election Day Tuesday with a couple of light showers possible. The best chance for activity will be in the afternoon and evening hours, with warmer highs in the mid 60s.

Clouds will remain for Wednesday with again a shower chance. Most will stay dry with temps pushing into upper 70s.

Drier and sunnier weather returns for late week. We’ll see plenty of sun both Thursday and Friday, with rapidly warming temps. Highs on Thursday will be low 80s, with temps Friday climbing into the upper 80s.

Our next storm system arrives on Saturday. A few showers will again be possible, with highs in the mid 80s.

Dry weather quickly returns Sunday, with temps staying warm in the mid 80s.
