More rain tonight, and more unsettled weather ahead

Tuesday night forecast

Scattered showers have continued across the area this evening, and more activity is likely overnight. The highest chance for rain tonight will be along the coast, with daybreak temps in the upper 60s.

The active weather pattern continues heading into Wednesday. Once again, rounds of showers and storms will impact the area with mostly cloudy skies. Highs for Wednesday will be in the upper 70s.

Slightly drier air does move in for Thursday, but much of the region will still see rain. Expect partly sunny skies with temps in the upper 70s and breezy conditions.

Things begin to change on Friday, as the storm system exits and drier air finally pushes in. Just a few showers are expected Friday, with highs in the low 80s.

Right now, Memorial Day weekend isn’t looking bad. Saturday looks dry, but a few showers possible for Sunday and Memorial Day. Temps for the holiday weekend will be in the 80s.
