Apartment fire displaces nine families

No description foundJACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Red Cross is assisting nine families in Arlington, after an apartment complex caught fire Thursday.
It happened at the University Place Apartments on University Boulevard North.
A source said there was a small fire in the attic. The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department quickly extinguished the fire.
Even though the fire was not major, the power had to be cut.
The Red Cross is assisting the families until the power is turned back on.
